Updated In February, 2012 - Texas Holdem is one of the most popular card game at USA poker rooms and international poker rooms alike. The game of Texas Holdem can be seen quite a bit now on the television. This has caused many more people to want to join in and play. The dealer will then deal each of the player’s two cards which will be dealt facing down on the table. This will lead into the betting round. Once all the bets have been places, the flop will then be dealt and this consists of three cards being dealt in the middle of the poker table, these are the community cards. Another round of betting will take place following the flop. The next card to be dealt will be the turn card and this is a fourth card which is placed next to the flop cards. The turn card being dealt will lead to yet another round of betting. The final card which will be dealt is called the river and it is places facing up as well and situated right next to the turn card. After the river has been dealt, there will be a final round of betting.
